Was easy to book online. I went to the niagra falls blvd location. I had Jean do my massage. It was lovely. My first massage ever and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I'm dealing with a pain issue and she was sensitive to that. I will definitely be back!

Buffalo Holistic center always gets it right! Customer Service , professionalism and the ambiance when you walk through the door. As a long time client, Buffalo holistic has always offered a strong approach with a mental and physical approach to assist you in your recovery and maintenance of your body. A lot of different options to choose from when attending one of there two locations.

The sauna is phenomenal. It helps me a ton with my stomach problems. I struggled w/ constipation issues for a long time. I saw a GI doctor and the recommendations she gave me weren’t that helpful. The sauna is more effective. I’m not a doctor so I can’t guarantee everyone will get the same results. My skin looks different after getting out of the sauna. It looks clearer and healthier.

Kelly did a wonderful job in helping me get relief from the many areas of stress. She was a great pleasure to work with, checking with the pressure and or techniques she was Appling to help get me relief. looking forward to the next upcoming visit. All the staff I've experienced over the years are professionals and i highly recommend any of them.

Such a wonderful experience. A perfect girls night with massages, facials, treatments that were each exceptional. The team is so knowledgeable and so professional!!! Can’t wait to get back there!!

I had a great massage with Ally. She was very kind and cared about what I was looking for in a massage. The facilities were clean and calming. She also offered for me to go upstairs and enjoy their foot massagers and a beverage if I wanted.

I’ve been getting massaged for at least 20 years but this was my first visit to Buffalo Holistic. I had 2 hours scheduled with Allison. The place is very nice inside and out, very clean and everyone was friendly. The massage was absolutely amazing and may very well be the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling rejuvenated and still felt great the next day. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

The appointment was so soothing and relaxing that you felt as if you were at a hotel. My colon specialist was fantastic as she spent all the time needed to explain and to make you relaxed. She answered all my questions clearly and with detail and suggestions to aide in your healing.She made the whole experience worthwhile!!

My first experience here was for a couples massage. My massage was with Katie. She made me feel very comfortable and did great work on areas of my body that really needed it. The ambiance was warm, inviting, private, and positive. The entire experience was amazing and I can't wait to return. My husband said the same. We are booking another massage next month!
